Vista provides a web interface for browsing public Instagram-related content through an API you configure. Features may include public profiles, stories, highlights, reels, followers, and following.

You may only use Vista to request content that is publicly available. Attempting to access private accounts, circumvent privacy settings, or obtain non-public data is prohibited.

• Do not use Vista for harassment, stalking, or unlawful monitoring.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not misrepresent Vista as an official Instagram or Meta product.
• Comply with Instagram’s terms and all applicable laws.

Vista is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete data, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results depend on your API and on what Instagram makes publicly available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
